Our plant at Sikri Industrial Area, Palwal, Haryana sits in the heart of the North Indian automotive belt. Melting, alloying, casting and testing are all carried out in-house.

Process

Eight controlled stages, one traceable lot.

Step 01

Receiving & inspection

Incoming aluminium scrap inspected and segregated on arrival.

Step 02

Sorting & batch preparation

Material sorted to a batch plan for the target alloy.

Step 03

Melting

Gas-fired melting furnace with automated charging.

Step 04

Fluxing & de-ironing

Flux treatment and iron removal in the melt.

Step 05

Alloying

Alloying elements added and homogenised with a mechanised flux-feeder; composition adjusted to specification.

Step 06

Degassing & filtration

Melt degassed, then passed through inline 400-mesh filtration before casting.

Step 07

Casting

Ingots cast on a mould-conveyor casting line.

Step 08

Coding, inspection & packing

Batch and alloy coding, colour coding, final inspection, strapped bundling and dispatch.

Quality control

Five samples per cast. Checks on every batch.

Chemical composition is analysed on an in-house optical emission spectrometer — five samples per cast, drawn at the beginning, middle and end. Hydrogen content is checked on every batch by reduced-pressure (vacuum) sample testing; K-mould testing supports inclusion control. Input material is verified in a muffle furnace before charging. A composition report is available for every lot supplied.

Use the real Palwal facility, not stock imagery.

The final site should use 10–15 daylight photos of the furnace, casting line, ingot stacks, lab/spectrometer, weighbridge and gate signage. This build intentionally uses a clean technical layout rather than unrelated foreign-facility stock photography.
